Cleaning has a central function in Växjöbostäder's real estate management. Our tenants regularly evaluate our cleaning services and it is of importance that our contractors can ensure an even and high level of the services delivered. Our contractors represent Växjöhousing in their exercise of their service.
Greenhouse intends to sign contracts with two cleaning contractors, one (1) per area, A Norra and B Centrum relating to our real estate stock. Tenders are submitted per specified area.Bidders may choose to tender for only one of the areas or both. Separate contracts are signed by area, A Norra and B Centrum. A cleaning contractor cannot get contracts in both cleaning areas.
The lowest comparison sum per area will be accepted, bidders who have the lowest comparison total in more than one urban area will then receive Area B Centrum.

Växjöbostäder AB is by Växjö Municipality wholly owned housing company managing about 9,000 rental apartments. Additional information can be found at www.vaxjoloder.se. Växjöbostäder is part of Växjö Municipality where we aim to become a completely fossil-fuel-free municipality organization.
The contract includes cleaning properties as well as other duties as specified in the Special Regulations.
