Abellio Rail Mitteldeutschland GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "ABRM", "Client", "AG" or "Contracting Authority") operates regional rail transport services in the Saale-Thuringia-Südharz network. For this purpose, ABRM uses, among other things, Talent 2 electric multiple units (ET). These are maintained by ABRM. In the period from 01.10.2023 to 08.12.2030, all EMUs will undergo maintenance levels "F6" and "R2+". These consist of preventive maintenance measures and corrective findings which are maintained, inspected or replaced on defined components of the electric multiple units or in the car body, in accordance with the valid work instructions. Regular maintenance is also carried out, consisting of preventive maintenance measures and corrective findings which are maintained, inspected or replaced on the entire vehicle in accordance with the valid work instructions.

In order to carry out the F6 and R2+, as well as to support ongoing regular maintenance ("Regel-IH"), ABRM requires 2 (optionally up to a further 6) temporary workers (m/f/d) at the Sangerhausen site as part of a temporary employment contract.

The subject of the award is the provision of 2 temporary workers (electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician or comparable training with a focus on electrics (m/f/d)) to support regular maintenance and the implementation of the large maintenance levels F6 and R2+ at the ABRM depot in Sangerhausen in the period from 01 October 2023 to 30 June 2025. Furthermore, the client has the option of calling up to six additional employees over the entire term of the contract (until 08.12.2030). The temporary workers must have knowledge corresponding to the listed qualifications and are described in the other tender documents.
