The assignment includes two sub-projects:

Subproject 1 concerns renovation and partial reconstruction of existing psychiatric care facilities in By02, South and West Wings level 15 of a total of approx. 4000 sqm.

Subproject 2 concerns renovation and partial reconstruction of Property Operations of a total of approx. 800 sqm NTA in By02 floor 09 to improve the work environment and streamline tasks by creating dedicated workshop areas, separate administrative areas and storage rooms within existing workshops.
