The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests covering works in the field of harvesting, logging, harvesting by-products (Christmas trees, tunnels), forest breeding, forest protection, fire protection, tree plantings, maintenance of tourist facilities and forest car parks, maintenance of forest roads , maintenance of water-drainage facilities and preparation of wood for sunbathing of the forestry office, to be carried out in the Szubin Forest District in 2019. The material scope of the subject of the contract is contained in Annexes 1-2 to the ToR. The Purchaser divided the subject of the order into two lots, called Packages. A detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the contract, and a detailed description of the technology for the performance of individual works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 3 to the ToR.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the ToR.

3) A detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the contract, and a detailed description of the technology for performing individual works (activities) included in the subject of the contract, is included in Annex 3 to the ToR.

4) The Employer may commission during the performance of the Agreement a scope of work smaller than indicated in the ToR, but not less than 70% of the Value of the Subject of the Agreement
