The district of Tuttlingen has to reassign various disposal services in its district area. The overall performance is awarded in 4 lots:
- Lot 1: collection and transport of residual waste, organic waste and waste paper (including providing a transhipment point and handling waste paper)
- Lot 2: collection and transport of bulky waste, wooden furniture and electrical appliances / scrap metal,
- Lot 3: takeover and recovery of bulky waste,
- Lot 4: takeover and utilization of waste wood A IA III.
Collection and transport of residual waste, organic waste and waste paper (including setting up a transhipment point and handling waste paper)- Weekly to eight-week container-based collection of residual waste,
- Transport of residual waste to the transhipment point at the Talheim waste center,
- bi-weekly bin-based collection of organic waste (optional: weekly collection from June to August),
- Organic waste collection: Detection of contaminants on a collection vehicle,
- Transport of organic waste to the Deißlingen fermentation plant,
- fortnightly and fortnightly container-based collection of waste paper ("blue bin"),
- Provision of a handling facility for waste paper,
- Handling of the waste paper and handover to the third party commissioned with the recycling (if necessary, handover of partial quantities of the waste paper to dual systems according to the Packaging Act),
- Implementation of the container change service and container inventory maintenance for residual waste, organic waste and waste paper containers,
- Establishment and operation of a complaint hotline (telephone / online).
Collection and transport of bulky waste, wooden furniture and electrical appliances / scrap metal- Collection of bulky waste, wooden furniture (waste wood) and electrical appliances / scrap metal on demand,
- Transport of bulky waste, wooden furniture (scrap wood) and old electrical devices / scrap metal to the transhipment point at the Talheim waste center (including handover), or handover of the old electrical devices to the stiftung ear take-back system at a transfer point to be provided by the contractor (including sorting of the old electrical devices in containers in accordance with ElektroG); including container management via the ear portal for the client.
Takeover and recycling of bulky waste- Takeover of bulky waste at the Talheim site and transport to the appropriate recycling facilities,
- Recycling of bulky waste.
Acquisition and recycling of waste wood A IA III- Takeover of waste wood A IA III at the Talheim location and transport to the appropriate recycling facilities,
- Recycling of waste wood AIA III.
