This ordinary work contract is broken down into six lots and contains three alternative mandatory variants:
— Variant 1: substitution of double-flow ventilation by ventilation — natural smoke removal of the evolution area (lot (s) 1, 3, 4);
— Variant 2: replacement of single-skin steel siding with composite aluminium panels in riveted installation (lot (s) 1 — Variant 3: access control by card on all interior doors (except sanitary doors) and exterior access doors (key flow chart + access control of exterior doors for access to the gym) (lot (s) 1, 2 , (3) the contract shall take effect from the date of its notification and ends at the end of the guarantee of perfect completion.
The period for the execution of the services is fixed at fourteen months, including two months of preparation period for all the lots from the start service order, including paid leave, weather and weather, installation folding and cleaning of premises.
