- Supervision and management of land and equipment

- Supervision and maintenance include snow and anti-skidding on prescribed sites

- Cleaning of environmental houses (garbage room, etc.)

- Emergency maintenance

- Corrective maintenance on land and equipment

- Emergency and preparedness during non-regular working hours for snow and skid control.
