DMJX hereby provides a framework agreement for developer consultancy in connection with the construction of new educational construction. The services covered by the framework agreement are any form of developer consultancy - in accordance with Danske Ark and Fri's Performance Description for Client Consultancy (2013), but so that DMJX, in collaboration with a consultant, has completed the user process and prepared a draft tender material for use in the tender process. The results of this work are expected to be used by the winner of this tender, so that the winner does not have to repeat the tasks already performed. The contract concerns the construction of a new campus on a building site in Ørestad Nord, which DMJX expects to purchase from the development company By & Havn I / S, and the agreement on this is largely negotiated in place. The plot is located south of DR Byen, approx. 200 meters from DR Byen Station, next to Nordea's new headquarters. The area includes also the University of Copenhagen's Southern Campus, the IT University and youth housing, and the DMJX want with the placement to achieve and contribute to an attractive campus area where the students from different educational institutions meet.
