The Vendée Tri sorting centre was initially designed for 30,000 tonnes of packaging per year, which can be extended to 40,000 tonnes by regulation.

the market includes in particular:

- provision of the services necessary for the modernisation/extension to 50,000 T/year and the proper functioning of the sorting centre (studies, works, commissioning and acceptance);

- Submission of study documents at all stages of the project;

- Operation and maintenance of the sorting centre for selective household collections, the household waste transfer centre and the glass transfer platform.

The contract also includes: studies, regulatory compliance associated with the works (building permit, update of the ICPE order). The modernised sorting centre will meet measurable technical and performance requirements, including: sorting throughput, sorting line availability rate, waste recovery rate, purity rate of sorted materials and recovery rate of recoverable materials

the Account Holder is asked to:

- the realization of all studies (design, execution, etc.)

- the design and execution of civil engineering and VRD works necessary for the optimized operation of the sorting center, and in particular the design and realization of the building extensions necessary for the extension of the capacities of the sorting center (social premises, process hall, downstream hall, additional cell on the upstream hall...)

- the design, supply and implementation of the process equipment necessary for the optimised operation of the sorting centre, with the installation of all the equipment necessary for the sorting and conditioning of incoming waste

- the design, supply and implementation of the means of prevention, detection, alert and fire defence related to building and process capacity extensions.

- the carrying out of the acceptance operations of the installations which will make it possible to validate the obtaining of the guaranteed performances necessary for the reception

- the production of regulatory administrative files, the filing and follow-up of their investigation,

- the operation and maintenance of the sorting centre, the household waste transfer centre and the glass transfer platform

- If the sorting of packaging cannot be maintained on the equipment during the operation of the site and/or during all or part of the work, the candidate must integrate the outsourced sorting of the flow during these periods into its offer. In order to limit this outsourced sorting service as much as possible, it is specified that the use of the existing line during all or part of the work remains a possibility depending on the proposals
