The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, obtaining and breaking timber, to be carried out in the Forest District of Herby in the year 2022. The place of execution of the object of the contract will be the administrative area of the Forest District of Herby. The implementation of individual Packages will take place in the area of forestry relevant to the package concerned. The scope of the object of the contract shall include the total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and conservation, logging and breaking of timber, and the operation of the fire protection system resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ.

The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the fields of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ, which consists of Annex No 3.1. — size of work by group of activities, activities and location; Annex 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system; Annex No 3.3. — summary of the distances and conditions of breaking wood; Annex No 3.4. — list of items not made available for machine sourcing; Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies; The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

3. A detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in Annex No 4 to the SWZ (Description standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

4. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex No 4 to SWZ.

5. A description of the principles of the procedure for receiving forestry work is set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ.

6. The framework timetable for basic forestry work includes Annex 4 to the Agreement.

7. General principles of the execution of the object of the contract are described in paragraph 3.3 of SWZ.

8. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks concerning the subject of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the execution of elements (parts) of the object of the contract to subcontractors In the event of an intention to execute the subject of a contract involving subcontractors, the Contractor shall indicate in his tender the parts of the contract (tangible ranges) the execution of which he intends to entrust to the subcontractors and the names of possible subcontractors if they are already known. This indication should be placed on the Offer. In the absence of an indication in the Subcontract Offer, the Contractor will be able to introduce the subcontractor only under the terms set out in the contract.

9. The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the performance of the contract involving the acquisition and retraction of the wood material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner of referred to in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended).
