Description:
Purchase, delivery and installation of equipment for the water tower building Part I Furniture and freestanding equipment Part II Furniture and equipment for the EFS project”.

The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and installation of equipment for the water tower building Part I Furniture and freestanding equipment Part II Furniture and equipment for the EFS. project including tables, chairs, armchairs. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order shall include Annexes No 2.1. and 2.2. to the SWZ.

Criteria for evaluation of bids

Part No. 1:

1) Offer price (IPc) — 50 points;

2) Extension of the warranty period for furniture (IPg) — 20 points;

3) Quality (IPj) — 30 points

Part No. 2

1) Offer price (IPc) — 60 points;

2) Extension of the warranty period for furniture (IPg) — 30 points;

3) Quality (IPj) — 10 points.

Furniture and freestanding equipment

1. The subject of the order include: clothes hangers (4 pcs.), square tables ST1 (13pcs.), chairs (44 pcs.), boxs-lodge (4 pcs.), freestanding tables set for box-lodge (2 pcs.), tables in different dimensions (total 42 pcs.) Swivel seats (34 pcs.), chairs K2 (124 pcs.), cabinets (34 pcs.), safe (1 pc.).

2. The Contracting Authority shall submit the evidence in question in the form of samples for the below indicated furniture:

P1: table 90/90/74 - meeting the description requirements (symbol ST1)

Q2: conference chair - meeting the requirements of the description (symbol K2)

Q3: rotary chair- meeting the description requirements (F1 symbol).

to examine whether the furniture offered meets the criteria specified by the Contracting Authority.

If the Contractor does not submit the aforementioned furniture or they are incomplete, the Contractor shall not call for their deposit/replenishment.

2. The Contracting Authority requires the submission of the means of evidence in the form of the below indicated documents for all furniture, as described in the subject matter of the contract for parts 1 and 2 (Annex No 2.1. to the SWZ):

1) Catalog cards, manufacturer folders, technical specifications, other documents — confirming compliance with the requirements specified in relation to the subject of the order for all items indicated in Part 1 of the subject of the order.

The Contracting Authority shall accept the equivalent evidence measures in question if they confirm that the deliveries offered meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract set out in Annex 2.1.to SWZ.

The Contracting Authority stipulates that in case the Contractor does not submit the means of evidence in question referred to in this paragraph, or where the submitted evidence measures in question are incomplete, the Contractor shall submit or supplement them within the specified time limit.

The evidence measures drawn up in another foreign language should be submitted together with translation into Polish.

The colors of furniture indicated in the description of the order are to be used by the Contractor in determining the price of the offer. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the color of furniture in a given price group of the sampler available with the Contractor. The Contractor is obliged to definitively determine the color before proceeding to the execution of the order.

Furniture and equipment for the EFS project

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of delivery and installation of equipment, including: Equipment of Silesian yard — brick table for chess (4 pcs.), Silesian yard equipment — fixed table tennis (1 pc.), Silesian yard equipment — table and coursebenches (10 sets of 2 benches and table), tables (19 pcs.), chairs K2 (37).

2. The Contracting Authority requires the submission of the evidence in question in the form of samples for the understated furniture:conference chair — meeting the requirements of the description (symbol K2) in order to examine whether the furniture offered meets the criteria specified by the Contracting Authority.

Note: If you submit a bid for both parts of the order, it will be sufficient to submit 1 sample of the conference chair (symbol K2) — the sample description must be clearly indicated on which part/part of the Contractor submits the sample.

If the Contractor does not submit the aforementioned furniture or they are incomplete, the Contractor shall not call for their deposit/replenishment.

The Contracting Authority shall accept the equivalent evidence measures in question if they confirm that the deliveries offered meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract forming Annexes No 2.2. to the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority stipulates that in case the Contractor does not submit the means of evidence in question referred to in this paragraph, or where the submitted evidence measures in question are incomplete, the Contractor shall submit or supplement them within the specified time limit.
