The subject of the contract is the service of further management of waste in the recovery process - an intermediate product for the production of alternative fuel (waste code 19 12 12) from the municipal installation located in Poświętne, 5 Pułtuska Street, Płońsk commune, divided into two tasks:
1. Task 1 - service of further waste management in the recovery process - intermediate product for the production of alternative fuel (waste code 19 12 12) derived from mixed waste.
2. Task 2 - service of further waste management in the recovery process - intermediate product for the production of alternative fuel (waste code 19 12 12) from selectively collected waste.
Task 1 - service of further waste management in the recovery process - intermediate product for the production of alternative fuel (waste code 19 12 12) derived from mixed waste.1. The offered method of managing components for the production of RDF must comply with the applicable law and recovery processes specified in Appendix 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended).
2. The Contracting Authority's preferred purpose of waste processing by the Contractor is the production of alternative fuel.
3. Waste code -19 12 12.
4. Type of waste - other wastes from mechanical treatment of municipal waste - intermediate product for the production of alternative fuel.
5. Mold - loose or cubed material.
6. Composition - plastic and paper waste, contaminated with residues from municipal waste, PVC-free.
7. Source of origin - mixed municipal waste.
8. Minimum weight of waste during the order execution period – 10 000 Mg.
9.Additional maximum weight of waste provided for under the option - 2 000 Mg
10. Waste intended for further management is generated on a sorting line where unsorted municipal waste (code 20 03 01) and raw material waste (groups 15 and 20) are sorted.
11. Waste shall be delivered by the Contracting Authority's means of transport to the Contractor's installation at the agreed frequency and within the agreed dates.
12. Waste must be recovered by the Contractor in a manner consistent with the applicable law.
Task 2 - service of further waste management in the recovery process - intermediate product for the production of alternative fuel (waste code 19 12 12) from selectively collected waste.1. 10. Waste intended for further management is generated on a sorting line where unsorted municipal waste (code 20 03 01) and raw material waste (groups 15 and 20) are sorted.
11. Waste shall be delivered by the Contracting Authority's means of transport to the Contractor's installation at the agreed frequency and within the agreed dates.
12. Waste must be recovered by the Contractor in a manner consistent with the applicable law.
