2. Part 2 — the implementation of a five-year assessment of the technical status of the Pygana flood shafts in km 0+000 — 2+590;
3) Hit 3 — the implementation of a five-year evaluation of the technical status of the flood shafts Ubieszyn—Głogowiec km 0+000 — 2+800.
A detailed description of the object of the contract and the implementation conditions for the part concerned, shall include Annex No 1 to the SWZ.
Hi 1 — Performing a five-year assessment of the technical status of Munin flood defences in km 0+000 — 2+2001) The subject of the contract is to perform tests, measurements, assessments of technical status and safety status of floodshafts IV of the validity class, together with the execution of a periodic and five-year inspection resulting from the Construction Law and the protocol for those flood control shaft inspections located in the Podkarpathian Voivodeship and constituting the left bank of the San River in km of the river 121+300 — 123+500 — flood control shaft in the village of Munina, Jarosław (km of rampart from 0+000 to 2+200).
Hi 2 — Performing a five-year assessment of the technical condition of the flood shafts of Pygana in km 0+000 — 2+590The subject of the order shall be the execution of tests, measurements, technical status and safety of floodshafts IV of the validity class, together with the implementation of the annual and five-year periodic checks resulting from the Construction Law and the protocol for those flood control shaft inspections located in the Podkarpathian Voivodeship and constituting the left bank of the San River in km 92+700 — 95+290 — flood control shaft in the village of Pigany, gm. Sieniawa (km of shaft from 0+000 to 2+590).
Hi 3 — Performing a five-year evaluation of the technical condition of the flood shafts Ubieszyn—Głogowiec km 0+000 — 2+800The subject of the order shall be the execution of tests, measurements, technical status and safety of floodshafts IV of the validity class, together with the implementation of the annual and five-year periodic checks resulting from the Construction Law and the protocol for those flood control shaft inspections located in the Podkarpathian Voivodeship and constituting the right overlap of the San River in km 94+500 — 97+300 - flood control shaft in the village of Ubieszyn—Głogowiec, Tryńcza Municipality (km of rampart from 0+000 to 2+800).
