Framework agreement for courses in ‘Game based qualification for youths’ in the period approx. 1.9.2017 — 30.6.2019, with an option for an extension until 30.6.2021. Call-off system for 6, 8 and 10 weeks respectively, all the call-offs will have teaching 6 hours a day and 5 course days a week. The courses will have 15 participants. The target group will primarily be youths in the age group 19 — 25 (30) years, who have dropped out of school. The aim is to qualify and motivate participants so that they are able to complete sixth form education and/or are motivated and passed on to permanent, relevant work. Computer games shall be used as the subject, educational and organisational framework for the qualification. The courses are primarily aim at qualifications within mathematics, social studies, Norwegian, English and history, but it must be possible to cover all central theory subjects in sixth form education. Courses with different call-off systems as regards the target group and course length. Call-off system for 6, 8 and 10 weeks respectively, all the call-offs will have teaching 6 hours a day and 5 course days a week. The courses will have 15 participants for all the call-off systems. The target group for the courses is youths who require assistance to complete sixth form education. The target group will primarily be youths in the age group 19 — 25 (30) years, who have dropped out of school and who have challenges in entering the ordinary labour market. The target group will primarily be participants who have some experience or interest in computer games, but others can also participate after an assessment. The aim is to qualify and motivate participants so that they are able to complete sixth form education and/or are motivated and passed on to permanent, relevant work. Computer games shall be used as the subject, educational and organisational framework for the qualification. The tenderer's system proposal shall include a subject and educational set-up in which computer games are used as the framework/subject-educational element for qualifications in central subjects in sixth form education. The courses are primarily aim at qualifications within mathematics, social studies, Norwegian, English and history, but it must be possible to cover all central theory subjects in sixth form education. It shall be possible to provide individually adapted qualifications to cover knowledge gaps from secondary school. The aim of the qualification is to contribute to the participants being able to pass the exams in these subjects in sixth form education. This is to be achieved either by taking the subjects as a private candidate during the course period or shortly afterwards, or by preparing and motivating participants to fulfil ordinary sixth form education in school.
