The reference number of the contract: 2018/02096

The assignment is for project management of the supplier development programme “Higher up in the Value Chain”, which has been developed by the Sami Parliament, Nordland, Troms and Finnmark Counties, in cooperation with Innovasjon Norge Arctic/Nordland and the Research Council of Norway in North Norway. The supplier development programme was drawn up on an assignment from the Government and it will be managed by the abovementioned actors.

The programme will give increased sustainable value creation and competitive power in North Norwegian businesses and a competence environment within seafood, tourism and adventure industries, as well as associated industries. The programme will use technology and resources across the industries for increased innovation and new creations. The Contracting Authority's detailed description of the programme as such and the assignment are attached (Annex 1).

The Contracting Authority plans to award a contract without having a dialogue with tenderers beyond any clarifications/corrections by email in Mercell. Tenderers are therefore strongly encouraged to follow the instructions given in the tender documentation and annexes and to ask questions via an email if they are uncertain.

A maximum of 1 500 000 NOK has been put aside for the 1st project year. During the project year, the management group will be able to balance the budget as regards the extent of the work and activity in the remaining project period.
