The services are divided into 8 lots in the form of a framework agreement, each treated in separate contracts. Applicants are allowed to submit tenders for a lot, several lots or all lots. Orders will not be framed by any minimum regardless of the lot. A maximum will be set for each lot. All lots are contracts reserved for integration structures through economic activity employing disadvantaged workers and equivalent structures, when they employ at least 50% of disadvantaged workers according to Article L.2113-13 of the Public Order Code.
