The subject of the contract of this procurement procedure is the implementation of the investment entitled "Delivery of specialized medical equipment along with the adaptation of rooms for the needs of the Hemodynamics Laboratory and the Electrophysiology Laboratory for the Primate Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Provincial Hospital in Sieradz" at 7 Armii Krajowej Street in Sieradz in accordance with:

1) a detailed description of the required technical parameters of medical equipment covered by the contract, which the Contractor is obliged to deliver, install/install and run - Appendices No. 2.1 – 2.10 – Required technical parameters, to the SWZ;

2) functional and utility program with attachments - Annex No. 2.11 to the SWZ;

Delivery of a stationary digital angiography system – 1 system, including adaptation of rooms

Cardiomonitor delivery – 1 piece

Heart Imaging Kit Delivery - 1 Set

Delivery of two-canopy operating lamp – 1 piece

Delivery of external defibrillator – 1 piece

Delivery of the pump for intra-aortic counterpulsation with software - 1 set

Delivery of an echocardiography device – 1 piece

Delivery of the monitoring panel – 1 set

ECG machine delivery – 1 piece

Delivery of an external cardiostimulator – 2 pieces
