The subject of this procedure is the award of services for security services in central accommodation facilities (ZUEen) and an initial reception facility (EAE) of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, in which refugees are accommodated.

The Arnsberg district government is leading this process for the Düsseldorf, Cologne, Münster and Detmold district governments involved. The contracting partner of the contractor is the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, represented by the respective district government.

The contract to be awarded includes services in particular from the following areas:

For each accommodation facility, one bidder / group of bidders is commissioned to carry out the service. In addition, the second and third placed companies each move into a waiting position.
