The purpose of this framework agreement is to regulate the acquisition of consumable materials to develop research tasks at the Foundation for Biomedical Research of Gregorio Marañón Hospital (hereinafter, FIBHGM) according to the provisions established in this Administrative Clauses Document and in the Specific Technical Specifications Document.
As a system of technical rationalization, it will include the determination of the awarded companies for each of the lots, from the catalogs they present with the specifications and unit prices of the products, as well as the general conditions of the supplies and basic terms to which the contracts based on the framework agreement must conform, which, depending on their amount, will require a second tender, as the framework agreement does not define all its terms.
