The purpose of this dynamic acquisition system is the maintenance of elevators, hoists and various equipment relating to the central administration sites of the ministries, those of the ministry of armies as well as those of certain public establishments of the state.

Category 1 relates to the maintenance of elevators, accessible and inaccessible freight elevators, elevators for people with reduced mobility, elevating platforms, escalators and moving walks on behalf of state services and public establishments listed in Annex 1 of the SAD CCP "List of beneficiaries" (indicative and not exhaustive). These facilities are located in Île-de-France.

Category 2 relates to the maintenance of elevators, accessible and inaccessible freight elevators, elevators for people with reduced mobility, elevating platforms on behalf of the state services listed in annex 1 of the SAD CCP "List of beneficiaries ”(indicative and not exhaustive). These facilities are relatively close in a clearly demarcated geographic area in inner Paris or suburbs. They are not part of High-rise Buildings (IGH).

Category 3 relates to the maintenance of elevators, accessible and inaccessible freight elevators, elevators for people with reduced mobility, elevating platforms, escalators and moving walks concerning sites present throughout the metropolitan territory for the account State services, the Ministry of the Armed Forces and certain public establishments listed in Annex 1 of the SAD CCP "List of beneficiaries" (indicative and not exhaustive). This equipment is located in mainland France.
