Lots 1 and 2 are ordinary contracts at a global and fixed price. Lots 3, 4 and 5 are single-award framework agreements with mixed prices (comprising a part at unit prices (Bpu) without minimum amount and with a maximum amount and a part at a global and fixed price (Dpgf)). Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are regulated by unit and fixed prices. The contract shall start on or after 1 September 2023 or, failing that, on the date of its notification
