The interventions concern the assignment of the following services:

a) service of opening/closing of spaces, custody, surveillance;

b) first reception service, ticket office and possible rental of support for the visit;

c) museum teaching service and educational activities for the Museo Leonardiano and the Birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci in Anchiano aimed at schools, families and adults (including the design and implementation of laboratories and other activities);

d) cleaning service of the Museo Leonardiano and the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci in Anchiano, as well as other temporary or permanent exhibition venues pertaining to the museum itinerary;

e) tourist information and reception service at the Tourist Office of the Municipality of Vinci.

The total value of the contract for the 36 months, equal to € 1,387,961.00, of which € 815.00 for charges for interference security, was determined by estimating a number of hours, on an annual basis, of a total of 24,489 hours presumed for the hourly cost based on the auction according to the following structure:

- n. 13.777 hours - operators involved in the opening/closing service, custody, surveillance, first reception - € 18.51 amount exempt from VAT;

- n. 5,490 hours - operators assigned to the ticketing service - € 19.41 amount exempt from VAT of which n.1040 hours per operator in charge of support activities for the use of the visit;

- n. 1,560 hours - operators involved in the museum teaching service - € 20.41 amount exempt from VAT;

- n. 1.195 hours - operators assigned to the cleaning service of the Museo Leonardiano, of the birthplace in Anchiano - € 17.64 amount plus VAT;

- n. 2.467 hours - operators involved in the tourist information and reception service € 19.41 - amount plus VAT.

Estimated cost for labor: € 1,333,795.00.

The duration of the contract in progress may be modified for the time strictly necessary to conclude the procedures necessary for the identification of the new contractor pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 11 of the Code. In this case, the contractor is obliged to perform the services covered by the contract at the same - or more favourable - prices, agreements and conditions. The extension option mentioned above for a maximum of 6 months for an estimated total of 12,244 hours, amounts to € 231,192.00 plus VAT, when due, in addition to the security charges deriving from interference risks that for the extension period amount to € 57.00 for a total amount for the technical extension of € 231,249.00.

For the purposes of art. 35, paragraph 4 of the Code, the maximum estimated value of the contract is € 1,619,210.00 net of VAT, when due, and / or other taxes and contributions of the law, and inclusive of security charges due to risks from interference.
