Entrusting the school refection service for students attending kindergartens and primary schools belonging to the institutes including Rieti, located in the municipal territory, as well as for teachers and for teachers and for school staff entitled to meal, reported day by day.

The school reception service means the complete daily realization of the restaurant service in all its phases as best defined in the special tender specifications to which reference is referred.

The total alleged value of the custody, for the purposes of art. 35, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, is approximately 4 080 991.50 EUR, plus VAT to the extent due, of which:

— 4 074 000.00 EUR (Euro four millionsseventy-four thousand/00), constituting the total amount of alleged custody, net of VAT and/or other taxes and legal contributions, as well as charges for security due to interference risks;

— 4 521.50 EUR (four thousand five hundred and twenty-one Euro/50) VAT and/or other taxes and legal contributions.

Excluded not subject to downward as regards security charges for interference risks,

— 2 470.00 EUR (two thousand four hundred and seventy Euros /00) VAT and/or other taxes and legal contributions excluded.

Not subject to downward as it relates to security charges for interference risks, calculated because of the covid-19 emergency.

The downward amount is the price of each individual meal whose tender amount is 5.00 EUR (Euro five/00), plus VAT.

The total presumed value of the custody was calculated by multiplying the price per meal based on auction by the supposed average number of daily meals (970 registered children + teachers) for 170 days/ year (160 days for A/S 2021_2022) for 5 years.
