The contract to be tendered is defined as follows:

Delivering, designing, managing and offering service provision of a digital work and learning environment for (office) staff and students of OOadA.

Client wishes to enter into a Framework Agreement for the next 8 years with 1 service provider.

The scope of the assignment can be expressed in the current number of students from the October 2018 count. The client hereby undertakes to purchase the service to be purchased from the winning Tenderer. However, there is no purchase guarantee with regard to the number of students. The indicated student numbers are current at the time of writing but fluctuate per school year. The Tenderer cannot derive any rights from this. The student number, which is initially calculated, is set at 7 700. This number is based on the (provisional) 2018 count.
