The object of the contract is to perform the snow clearing and anti-ice treatment service to be carried out on the entire territory of the Municipalities of Borgo Virgilio, Curtatone, San Giorgio Bigarello and Marmirolo. The municipalities concerned are part of the outskirts of the provincial capital and individually compute 14 800 inhabitants Curtatone, 4 700 Borgovirgilio, 11 600 San Giorgio Bigarello and 7 800 Marmirolo for a total of about 48 900 inhabitants. As can be seen, the total number of inhabitants is substantially similar to those of the single municipality (49 000).
