This consultation concerns the renewal of the market for the development and extension of the digital radio network of the Eurometropolis of Strasbourg, which is based on an infrastructure enabling it to cover the entire territory of the EMS. The object relates to the acquisition of hardware, software and associated services and the maintenance of the infrastructure: evolution and extension of the infrastructure or radio functionalities, acquisition of portable radio sets and accessories, acquisition of mobile radio sets and accessories , acquisition of operating terminals and infrastructure maintenance supervision. Form of market: with purchase orders without minimum or maximum. Allocation of a framework agreement for each lot. Estimated amount of benefits for the duration of the framework agreement.

Acquisition of infrastructure materials, software and associated services: evolution and extension of the infrastructure or radio functionalities, acquisition of operating and supervision terminals.

Acquisition of radio terminals, software and associated services: acquisition of portable radio sets and accessories, acquisition of mobile radio sets and accessories, acquisition of PMR radio sets and accessories, acquisition of PMR 446 radio sets (free-tax) and accessories.

Maintenance of all infrastructure equipment and operating and supervision peripherals.
