1. The subject of this contract is the modernization of the water supply network through the implementation of a water loss management system and remote water meter reading within the project “Modernization of the Water Supply Network through the Implementation of a Water Loss Management System and Remote Water Meter Reading in the Municipality of Nowa Sucha” co-financed by the regional program European Funds for Mazovia 2021-2027, which includes:
1) the construction of a telemetry system for monitoring the water supply network in the area of the Municipality of Nowa Sucha along with a flow supervision system at distribution points (network metering with the possibility of remote flow reading in specified areas/sections of the network),
2) the installation of flow meters with remote reading function at water treatment stations,
3) the replacement of all active water meters with meters operating in a remote reading system,
4) the implementation of a remote water meter reading system (including the purchase of necessary devices and software).
2. Additionally, to implement the system, the purchase of a visualization server, backup server, disk array, and backup system is planned. Taking into account the needs of residents for more efficient handling of matters, the contractor will launch an information and payment platform for the Office's clients (eBOK). Two e-services will also be implemented:
1) service for access to electronic invoices with online payment option.
2) service for access to current meter readings and historical billing records.
