The assignment includes:

- Supplying, installing and connecting the multifunctionals

- Providing service and maintenance for the multifunctionals and associated software

- Providing software for the multifunctionals

- Supplying consumables for the multifunctionals

- Continually advising in the field of multifunctionals

- Instructing the end users and administrators of the multifunctionals

This is a framework agreement for the duration of 5 fixed years and 2 times 1 option year. After these years, the Client has no possibility to renew the agreement.
