The purpose of this consultation is a design-build contract for off-site construction:
- a school group,
- 30 collective rental units,
- an underground car park with 63 spaces.
The land base for this program is located in MARLY-LA-VILLE (95670) on OAP 5, lot 4 – Public facilities, section AA n°368.
The school group will have to meet the requirements of the regulatory ROE on the date of filing the building permit. Although this part is not part of a certification process, the project carried out will be part of a sustainable building approach in the Ile-de-France region (carbon footprint, consumption control, summer comfort, etc.)
The housing programme will aim for the RE 2020 energy performance threshold 2025 and the NF Habitat HQE entry profile certification.

o An elementary centre with 11 classrooms including 1 inclusive classroom of 840 m²
o A kindergarten with 6 classrooms of 820 m²
o a 322 m² ALS centre
o A 577 m² school catering centre with a cold connection
o A reception and administration area of 231 m²
o Technical and logistics rooms of 78 m²
o 2,390 m² of high-quality, child-friendly outdoor spaces
- 30 collective rental units,

The objective cost of the operation (works including roads and utilities, decontamination, special foundations and group fees) is composed as follows:
- 30 housing units and 30 underground parking spaces: €4,015,000 excluding VAT,
- School group including 33 underground parking spaces: €13,655,000 excluding VAT.
