The objective of the assignment to be paid is:

• By means of an efficient and effective procurement procedure, select reliable contractor (s) who offer an extension of service at a good price-quality ratio;

• A lawful and effective agreement concluded;

• Reduction of the internal administrative burden of the Yuverta Foundation;

• Easy ordering and/or request for quotation;

• Unit in working method with regard to purchasing coach transport;

• Service (s) that is characterized by delivering excellent quality, takes work out of the hands of the Orderer, offers customization, continuity and sustainability.

The estimated value of the framework agreement is €3,500,000, - the client is entitled to terminate the framework agreement if it has spent the said value on orders under this framework agreement before the end of the agreed contract term. The Client will not owe any costs or compensation to the client/supplier. No rights can be derived from this amount.
