The type and approximate volume of personalized documents for processing and sending to clients is according to the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority, whereby, due to the specific nature of the procurement (seasonality, individual needs of clients, etc., beyond the control of the Contracting Authority), the forecast value includes an "option for additional activities" of up to 30% (thirty percent). The exercise of the option may occur when necessary, related to actual operational needs and objective circumstances, without changing the nature of the service, technical requirements or other essential conditions of the contract and should be carried out within the deadline for execution of the latter.

The type and approximate volume of documents for processing and sending to clients is according to the Technical Specification, as follows:
1. Monthly invoices and accompanying messages for household consumers – double-sided personalized printing - 2 sheets A4 - double-sided - 4,680,000 pieces per year;
2. Monthly invoices and accompanying messages for household consumers – electronic invoices - 720,000 pieces per year;
3. Monthly invoices for cost distribution for household consumers – single-sided personalized printing - 1 sheet A4 - single-sided - 250,000 pieces per year;
4. Monthly invoices for cost distribution for household consumers – electronic invoices - 85,000 pieces per year;
5. Annual invoices and accompanying messages for consumers – annual adjustment of thermal energy – double-sided personalized printing - 1 sheet A4 - double-sided - 406,000 pieces per year;
6. Annual messages for invoices for household consumers – annual adjustment of thermal energy – electronic invoices - 60,000 pieces per year;
7. Invoices for non-household consumers, debit and credit notices – electronic invoices - 1,200,000 pieces per year;
8. Notice - invitation for equal installments - single-sided personalized printing - 1 sheet A4 - single-sided - 370,000 pieces per year;
9. Monthly documents (about 10 types of documents) for non-household consumers – electronic invoices - 1,200,000 pieces per year;
10. Electronic SMS messages - 500,000 pieces per year.
Considering that the activity is subject to regulatory mechanisms, changes in the volume of shipments may occur incidentally and irregularly. To ensure consistency between ordered quantities and forecast values, without this leading to a change in the scope of interested parties or affecting the offered prices, the Contracting Authority provides an option under Article 5, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act, expressed by the possibility of increasing the volume of the order by up to 30% of the specified forecast quantities. Information about the option is included in this announcement, according to Article 21, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act, and is reflected in the procurement documents.
