The subject of the tender is the supply of electricity, including the implementation of grid use, for the properties of Knappschaft-Bahn-See in accordance with Annex 1.2 for the fixed period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 with an estimated total demand of approx. 13,500 MWh/a.

The consumption values have been compiled to the best of our knowledge and belief and serve only as orientation values and calculation aids. The figures were determined on the basis of consumption data from the last annual invoice (2022). The actual withdrawal quantities may vary both downwards and upwards due to usage. There is no minimum purchase quantity. The annual electricity consumption for the year 2022 is listed in the list of points of consumption in Appendix 1.2. The load profiles of the offtake points with registered power measurement are listed separately in Appendix 2.

The contract enters into force on 01.01.2024 at 00:00 and ends on 31.12.2024 at 24:00.
