The subject of the contract constitutes the provision of a service consisting of the collection of municipal waste from the territory of Świecie, from the property on which the inhabitants reside. For a detailed description of the item of the order, see Annex 12 to SWZ.
The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of the collection of municipal waste from the territory of Świecie municipality, from the property on which the inhabitants reside. The area of Świecie municipality is 175 km
The Contractor will supply all the waste received to the Municipal Installation in Sulnówek. The amount of municipal waste that the Contractor will be required to collect during the execution of the order shall be approximately 11 000 Mg. This order does not include a waste management service.
Contractor will equip the operated property with certain types of containers
and bags for collection of waste, according to the information set out in Annex No 1 to the contract.
The containers and bags for the collection of waste at the Contractor's disposal must comply with the requirements set out in the template of Annex 5 to the contract. These requirements also apply to containers provided by the Contractor during the course of the contract at the order of the Contracting Authority.
The 'output' quantity of individual types of waste collection containers and bags which the Contractor undertakes to dispose of for transfer to property owners is set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ. The transfer of containers and bags will be carried out under the terms set out in the contract model.
During the course of the contract, the Contracting Authority may order the Contractor to make available additional containers — more than the “output” quantity. In such a situation, for each additional container the Contracting Party shall pay the Contractor the amount resulting from the tender procedure. Payment for additional containers will be carried out under the terms set out in the model contract.
The Contractor undertakes himself and at his own expense to arrange a storage and transport base meeting the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on specific requirements for receiving municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122) and an office for contact with residents on the premises of a warehouse and transport base or elsewhere available for residents of Świecie. The requirements to be met by the warehouse and transport base are set out in Annex 4 to the contract.
The Contractor shall provide the service with vehicles that meet the requirements specified
in Annex 2 to the contract. The operation of the vehicles will be monitored by the Contracting Authority on a regular basis by means of a system whose operating rules are set out in Annex 3 to the contract.
The sanitary standard for the performance of services and environmental protection, among others, the frequency of washing and disinfection of individual types of containers and the technical and sanitation requirements of vehicles are defined in the model contract.
