As part of the task, the Contractor is obliged, among others down:
Monitoring of five bird species listed in Annex I of Council Directive 79/409 / EEC: bittern (Ixobrychus minutus) (A022), bittern (Aythya nyroca) (A060) and three species of regularly occurring migratory birds not listed in Annex I of Council Directive 79 / 409 / EEC: helminth (Netta Rufina) (A058), Great Crested Grebe (Podiceps cristatus) (A005), Gadwall (Anas strepera) (A051) in the Natura 2000 area Stawy Wielikąt and Las Tworkowski PLB240003. The implementation of the action results from the need to implement the provisions of Regulation No. 35/2013 of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Katowice of 23.12.2013 regarding the establishment of a plan for conservation tasks for the Natura 2000 area Stawy Wielikąt and Las Tworkowski PLB240003 (Journal of Laws of Śląskie Voivodeship of 30.12.2013 item 7873), constituting Annex No. 7.1. to the ToR.

As part of the task, the Contractor is obliged, among others for: monitoring of two species of invertebrates that are protected in the area of Forest near Tworków PLH240040 in relation to the population of cinnabar compactor (Cucujus cinnaberinus) 1086 - 1 test site (16 monitoring points), oak hermit beetle (Osmoderma hermit) 1084 - 2 test sites in the area of Las near Tworków PLH240040 in order to assess the state of population and habitat of these species, prepare an expert opinion on the results of monitoring;
Preparation of photographic documentation;
Preparation of maps.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract for Task (part) No. 2 is specified in Annex No. 7.2. to the ToR and to the model contract constituting Annex 5.2 to the ToR.
As part of the task, the Contractor is obliged, among others for: monitoring in relation to one forest habitat 91P0 Upland mixed fir forest (Abietetum polonicum) - 3 transects being the subject of protection in the area of Lemańskie Jodły PLH240045 in order to assess the status of this natural habitat.

As part of the task, the Contractor is obliged, among others down:
Monitoring of two forest habitats, three non-forest habitats and one species of invertebrate:
For forest habitats: 91F0 Riparian oak-elm-ash (Ficario-Ulmetum) forests - 8 transects, * 91E0 Willow, poplar, alder and ash riparian forests (Salicetum albae, Populetum albae, Alnenion glutinoso-incanae) and 2 alps transects, non-forest habitats: 3150 oxbow lakes and natural eutrophic water reservoirs with communities of Nympheion, Potamion - 2 transects, 6430 Mountain herbaceous plants (Adenostylion alliariae) and riverside herbs (Convolvuletalia sepium) - 2 transects, 6510 Lowland grasslands and fresh grassland elatioris) - 7 transects and the population of cinnabar crush (Cucujus cinnaberinus) 1086 - 1 site (13 monitoring points) constituting the subject of protection in the Oder River Border Meander PLH240013 in order to assess the state of these natural habitats and the population and habitat of the species;

As part of the task, the Contractor is obliged, among others for: monitoring of the breeding colony of the Little Horseshoe (Rhinolophus hipposideros) being the subject of protection in the Ringec PLH240022 area in order to assess the conservation status of the species in the Natura 2000 area;
Monitoring of breeding colonies of the Little Horseshoe (Rhinolophus hipposideros) and the Great Nock (Myotis myotis) constituting the objects of protection in the Natura 2000 area Church in Górki Wielkie PLH240008 in order to assess the conservation status of the species in the Natura 2000 area.
Monitoring of the breeding colony of the Lesser Horseshoe (Rhinolophus hipposideros) being the subject of protection in the Natura 2000 area Church in Radziechowy PLH240007 in order to assess the conservation status of the species in the Natura 2000 area;
Preparation of separate expert opinions based on study works and results of field studies carried out from monitoring results for each of the above-mentioned areas;
Preparation of photographic documentation.
