The mission revolves around 2 axes:
- map the occupation of the site, and inform, mobilize, sensitize the inhabitants, through long-term exchange channels, in order to allow the realization of the project,
- implement the social aspect of the operational intervention by drawing up an inventory of individual situations and accompanying the occupants of the site concerned by the project, in 2 ways: rehousing or staying on site. Furthermore, EPFAM wishes to take advantage of the on-site and continuous presence of the MOUS team to carry out an in-depth qualitative diagnosis concerning social dynamics and settlement / urban transformation in the area concerned by the consultation. It will therefore be a question of producing detailed knowledge on the socio-economic level, on the methods of access to land and housing, on household strategies in this area, but also on the urban practices and uses of the inhabitants.
