Kilden Theatre and Concert Hall in Kristiansand (Kilden) is one of the Nordic countries´ most exciting environments for professional stage art and music. The Arts Centre houses Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra, Kilden Theatre, Kilden Opera, Kilden Culture and an innovative execution of the social side of the social assignment through Kilden Dialogue. In interaction with each other, they represent an unparalleled cultural operating concept, in one unified organisation which is also one of the country's largest halls for the performing arts and music. Kilden is also a large employer with over 200 permanent employees.
As a major employer, producer and supplier of various art and cultural experiences in the Agder region, there is a need for different goods and services connected to our daily activities. Some of the need is met through internal deliveries, and some is purchased externally. Hotel services (accommodations and meeting rooms) are an example of services that we purchase externally. Kilden´s current contract related to the purchase of hotel services is about to expire. In connection with this, we are inviting relevant tenderers with sufficient capacity to submit tenders in the contest.
The contracting authority plans to sign contracts with two tenderers for hotel services.
The contracting authority plans to call off calls according to the following priorities:
1) Against the winner of the competition
2) Against the tenderer who places second in the competition. This if the winner does not have the capacity to accept orders in the desired time period. The contracting authority reserves the right, however, to make call-offs to the second tender if there are special needs. If the winner of the competition does not offer a suite, we reserve the right to book this at another hotel.
The scope of the contract is approx. 3,000 overnight stays per annum.
The contracts will be valid for 2 years, with an option for a further 1+1 years.
