The Contractor undertakes to ensure uninterrupted (round-the-clock, year-round) operation of the following means of medical transport (ambulances) throughout the term of the contract:

a. four primary ambulances,

b. one specialist ambulance,

c. one transport ambulance,

d. One inter-extra-transport transport ambulance.

with the proviso that the Ordering Party is the owner of two ambulances
