The subject of the contract is the service of investor supervision during construction works consisting in the reconstruction of four existing retention reservoirs located in the Rzepin Forest District - Rzepin and Nowy Młyn. The execution of construction works was divided into 2 parts. Each part of the construction works will be carried out separately. Individual parts of the works may be performed by the same Contractor or different Contractors.
The reservoirs will perform the function of slowing the outflow of surface waters, and thus reducing the effects of drought. They are designed as permanent objects, functioning maintenance-free, not equipped with flow regulation devices, with a heterogeneous shoreline, with the occurrence of bays.

The subject of the contract is the service of investor supervision during construction works consisting in the reconstruction of four existing retention reservoirs located in the Rzepin Forest District - Rzepin and Nowy Młyn.
The subject of the contract includes:
1) representing the investor on the construction site by exercising control over compliance of its implementation with the project or building permit, regulations and principles of technical knowledge;
2) checking the quality of construction works performed and the use of products when carrying out these works in accordance with Article 10 of the Act of 7.7.1994 - Construction Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1186, as amended);
3) checking and acceptance of construction works that are being covered or disappearing, participating in tests and technical acceptance of installations, technical devices as well as preparation and participation in the activities of receiving ready construction objects and putting them to use;
4) confirmation of the works actually carried out and removal of defects, as well as controlling construction accounts. +
In addition, the Contractor's obligations will include:
1) becoming familiar with the technical documentation and decisions of administrative bodies;
2) representing the Employer on the construction site by controlling the compliance of its implementation with the cost estimate, project documentation, construction schedule and permit as well as legal provisions, applicable standards and principles of technical knowledge;
3) checking the quality of works performed and embedded products and materials, in particular preventing the use of faulty and non-approved construction products and use in construction;
4) resolving technical doubts arising in the course of works and, if necessary, drawing the opinion of the author of the project, except for matters affecting the change in the cost of the task, which require the approval of the Employer;
5) checking that the contractor for supplies and construction works complies with the BIOZ plan and legal provisions, including in particular health and safety, fire, environmental and nature protection regulations;
6) issuing instructions to the construction / work manager, confirmed by an entry in the construction log or internal construction log, regarding the removal of irregularities and threats, entries about tests and examinations, etc .;
7) requesting the construction / works manager to make corrections or re-perform faulty work, as well as to suspend further works if their continuation caused threats or caused unacceptable non-compliance with the technical documentation or building permit;
8) controlling the quantity and timeliness of works and deliveries;
9) control of formal activities resulting from technical conditions, arrangements and applicable decisions;
10) control of settlements between the contractor for supply and construction works and its subcontractors;
11) participation in meetings and consultations regarding the implementation of deliveries and construction works;
12) checking and acceptance of works that are covered or disappearing, as well as preparation and participation in acceptance and commissioning of facilities;
13) defect removal control;
14) control and verification of the dimensions of works submitted by the Contractor;
15) checking the correctness of keeping the construction log or internal construction log and making entries in it stating all the circumstances relevant to the relevant construction process;
16) convening and participating at least once a month construction council and presenting problems, work progress, etc .;
17) calling the contractor of construction works to improve work in the event of delays or threats of failure to perform the contract;
18) providing the Employer with documents and information within the deadlines set by him in the event of litigation and other disputes arising from the implementation of the investment.
