The contract concerns a framework agreement for the guidance and training of the products that are part of the Microsoft Cloud.

This framework agreement is split into two lots:

- lot 1: guidance and technical and organizational training concerning the specific set-up with a board,

- Lot 2: General training to train employees to work with the applications within the Microsoft Cloud. These courses can be either general or customized. At the board, in a training center or via an online platform ("computer based training").
