Individual services shown in the performance index are estimates from the experience of recent years by type and extent. They are only used to evaluate the offer for procurement purposes.

The contractor is therefore not entitled to the provision of the services; according to this, a pay-as-you-go refund from uncontracted services is also not considered.

Services are commissioned and invoiced intermittently via single order (call up) in AVA @LMBV as required. In addition to the required services, the location, the responsible contact persons and binding contract dates are named upon the retrieval.
