TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab requests tenders for furniture and related products according to the following furniture and product groups:

2. School and learning environment furniture
3. Furniture for office and public premises
4. Kirjastokalusteet
5. Hoivakalusteet
6. Hoivasängyt
7. Care bed mattresses
8. Hospital beds (Electric patient bed for inpatient and nursing ward use and accessories)
On the basis of the tenders received, a framework agreement will be formed between the suppliers selected by furniture and product groups, as described below in the invitation to tender and its annexes.
Framework agreements are concluded with an indefinite duration so that they cannot be terminated during the first year of the contract (12 months). With regard to the maximum duration of the framework agreement, section 42 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016) is applied, however, so that the contracts continue without termination until the end of the agreement. A new competitive contract period for the procurement begins.
The target starting date for framework agreements is 2.10.2023.
Kindergarten furnitureAn offer for daycare centre furniture is requested using the price appendix 1 of the invitation to tender.
School and learning environment furnitureTenders for school and learning environment furniture are requested with price supplement 2 of the invitation to tender.
Office and public furnitureA tender for furniture for office and public premises is requested by means of price appendix 3 of the invitation to tender.
KirjastokalusteetA quote for book furniture is requested by means of price appendix 4 of the invitation to tender.
The nurturing furnitureAn offer for care furniture is requested by means of price appendix 5 of the invitation to tender.
Nurse bedsTenders for care beds, their accessories and other ancillary products are requested with price supplement 6 of the invitation to tender.
Care bed mattressesTenders for care bed mattresses and other ancillary products are requested in the invitation to tender with price supplement 7.
Hospital beds (Electric patient bed for inpatient and inpatient ward use ("basic model"))The wellbeing services county of Ostrobothnia will acquire patient beds for inpatient and nursing ward use. Patient beds are purchased as needed. The number of beds purchased may vary from year to year. During the agreement period, it is possible to make purchases for the health care units of the wellbeing services county of Ostrobothnia as needed.
