Execution of the maintenance cleaning (interval cleaning, activity-oriented cleaning) in administration buildings, schools and day-care centers as well as the basic cleaning in schools and day-care centers and the wet cleaning on the last day of summer holidays in schools after separate assignment according to the list of services in the 18 objects specified in II.2), divided in 6 lots, with a maximum of 3 lots being awarded to one bidder.
The contract will be awarded in the order of the lots. If a bidder has already been awarded the contract for 3 lots, his bids for the remaining lots will be disregarded. If the same offers should apply to a lot, the contract will be awarded as part of a lottery. The contract period is 60 months.
