1. The subject of the order is successive deliveries of red meat, red meat sausages, poultry sausages and animal fats as well as poultry meat to secure the nutritional needs of soldiers and employees of the Ministry of National Defence who are supplied by the 17th Military Economic Division in Koszalin. The Contractor undertakes to deliver to the Recipients the goods described in the contract, on the terms and conditions specified therein, to the indicated addresses, at the gross unit prices indicated in the "Offer Form" – Appendix No. 4 to the Agreement, and the subject of the contract offered by the Contractor will meet the requirements indicated in the "Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract" constituting Appendix No. 3 to the contract. The unit prices of the individual assortments, basic and option, will not change throughout the term of the agreement. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option in the event of an increase in demand for specific goods.
