Granting and servicing a long-term loan up to PLN 2,000,000 (two million PLN) to cover the budget deficit

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in granting and servicing a long-term bank loan up to the amount of PLN 2 000 000 (two million zlotys) to finance the planned budget deficit of the Municipality of Resko. Loan utilisation period until 30 December 2023, 2. Grace period for repayment of principal instalments until 30 January 2025 3. Loan repayment period: from 31.01.2025 to 30.12.2033 in monthly installments: 1) 2025: 12 installments of PLN 10,000.00 = PLN 120,000.00 2) 2026: 12 installments of PLN 10,000.00 = PLN 120,000.00 3) 2027: 12 installments of PLN 10,000.00 = PLN 120,000.00 4) 2028: 12 installments of PLN 20,000.00 = PLN 240,000.00 5) 2029: 12 installments of PLN 20,000.00 = PLN 240,000.00 6) 2030: 12 installments of PLN 20,000.00 = PLN 240,000.00 7) 2031: 12 installments of PLN 20,000.00 = PLN 240,000.00 8) 2032: 1 installment of PLN 26,300.00 and 11 installments of PLN 26,700.00 = PLN 320,000.00 9) 2033: 12 installments of PLN 30,000.00 = PLN 360,000.00 4. The Contractor shall place the loan at the disposal of the Contracting Authority on time and in tranches tailored to the needs of the Contracting Authority on the basis of written instructions of the Contracting Entity, with the final date of using the loan by 30 December 2023.
