The selected façade partners, together with the municipality of Utrecht, are responsible for the maintenance of all facades, façade-related building parts and finishing of interior walls within the real estate of the municipality of Utrecht.

In principle, the façade partners are responsible for a large part of the entire process in order to arrive at the most economically advantageous solution for façade maintenance, also in the long term. In chain cooperation, co-making and RGS there are important elements that we can use to achieve this. All work will be divided over 3 plots, each with a different façade partner.
