The AG is building a technology building for a geothermal plant. In this building, a crane is required for heat pump maintenance.

The AN must deliver a crane specified in its characteristics by the “crane specifications” exchanged in the procurement procedure to the AG's address and give the AG ownership of it (delivery debt). These properties are agreed upon. The crane is still to be mounted on a rail provided by the AG within a certain time window
