this contract concerns the conception and artistic production of the Coeur de Ville en Lumières 2023 event.

The procurement procedure used is the adapted open procedure. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 3° of the Public Order Code. The services are divided into 7 lots. The Performance of the Services begins from the date of notification of the contract.

The creation part extends from the notification to the delivery of the film (early November) which will then be validated.

For the "show, diffusion" part, extends from the installation to the complete removal (including restoration of the premises).

The start of the event will take place for all lots from November 13, 2023 to November 19, 2023.
