ARK Schools is procuring a Human Resources Management System (HRMS) to replace the existing system. This will include product licensing and associated implementation, migration, project management, training and ongoing support services. The change to a new HRMS also impacts on the Trust's Payroll Service and therefore an option is also included for the procurement of this service.
