Purpose of the tender

The contracting authority wishes to conclude an agreement with one contractor for the execution of the mowing of roadsides, ditches and waterways for the municipality of Nunspeet, as further described under the request for quotation in Mercell.

The agreement has an initial duration of 2 years, with an option for unilateral renewal by the contracting authority of 2 times 1 year.

The contracting authority expects the new (framework) agreement to take effect on 1 May 2023.

The contract will be awarded to the Tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous tender on the basis of the lowest price.

The Procurement Act 2012 applies to this tender.

This call for tenders concerns a European open procedure for the provision of services to the municipality of Nunspeet.

The tendering takes place according to the open (European) procedure in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Tendering Regulations for Works 2016 (ARW 2016). Please note: where 'work' is stated in the ARW 2016, this should be read as 'service'.
