The (partly with volunteers) collection, disposal and processing of waste paper and cardboard (OPK). Both collecting house at home and emptying the above-ground and underground OPK collection containers. Making a closed press container available for the environmental street

1. Together with volunteers from associations/various agencies, later called 'associations', the collection of OPK door-to-door in the cores within the built-up area via mini containers.

2. OPK door-to-door collection via mini containers in the countryside and industrial estate in Steenbergen. No volunteers will be deployed in this collection.

3. The emptying of the above-ground and underground OPK collection containers for the benefit of apartments and/or high-rise buildings.

4. Delivery of a collection car, driver, and if necessary loaders, for the purpose of the OPK collection.

5. Making a closed press container available for the environmental street. Emptying, loading and transporting the container. It concerns the rental of one container for use, taking into account a change container.

6. The disposal of all the OPK collected, from both the door-to-door collection, underground and above-ground collection containers, and from the environmental street.

7. Processing all the collected and/or offered OPK, which must be carried out by an approved PRN affiliated company and VPGI certified (Recognition Scheme OPK) processing facility).

8. Registering the OPK via plantains/transport guide forms and reporting data.
